Itinerary Consultation

Initial discussions to identify travel interests, timeframe, and flow, with upfront suggestions and tips, taking into consideration factors such as weather, holidays, modes of transport, city vs. countryside vs. seaside experiences, time of year, and route.

Pricing: $150.00 for the first hour, $60.00 for each additional hour.

Custom Trip Planning

Bespoke itinerary based on initial conversations, including requested aspects of your trip such as flights, accommodations, activities, and more.

Pricing: Based on trip complexity. Minimum $450.00.

Premium Concierge Services

Facilitation of all travel arrangements. This is Spirit of Italy Tours' most comprehensive service offering. Once you approve the custom itinerary, we handle all requested aspects of your trip, from flight and accommodation bookings to entry tickets for daily activities such as museums and guided sightseeing tours, restaurant reservations, local transport, and more.

Pricing: Based on complexity, trip length, and number of travelers. Minimum $900.00.

Bespoke Yoga Retreats

Spirit of Italy Tours, founded by certified yoga instructor Vicky Gray-Clark, offers bespoke yoga retreat and vacation experiences tailored for both solo travelers and yoga studios. Combining her passion for Italian travel, yoga, and tour operational expertise, Vicky designs transformative custom retreats or can recommend sumptuous yoga vacation spots across Italy.

With deep insight and a personalized touch, Vicky collaborates with your studio team to curate the ideal venue that blends beauty with tranquility.

Spirit of Italy Tours offers comprehensive services, including recommendations for the perfect retreat location, additional activities such as sightseeing, cultural excursions, outdoor adventures, and ground transport. We can also arrange on-site self-care experiences, including massage treatments.

Vicky is also available to provide on-site tour facilitation to ensure your attendees enjoy a seamless and enriching retreat experience.

Pricing: Tour planning starts at $900.00. On-site tour facilitation is an additional fee and dependent on the number of tour guests and duration of the tour.
